Ranch Sales Policy
Prices
are subject to change without notice. All horses are sold to approved
homes only. We reserve the right to refuse to sell a horse to anyone for
any reason.
Unless
otherwise stated, all of our horses are sold with a height and bite
guarantee. All horses are current on vaccinations, worming and hoof
trimming. Horses will be sold with a current Coggins and health
certificate (if needed) at Sterling Ranch's expense. If the buyer wishes
to have a vet check (other than Coggins/health certificate), the buyer
will be responsible for the cost incurred.
We take
the responsibility of animal ownership very seriously. As such, we do
our best to match our horses with the correct new owners. We know our
horses' strengths and weaknesses, and will discuss these with
prospective buyers. We ask prospective buyers to honestly represent what
they expect from their new horse to help us make that perfect match. It
is very important to us that you are as happy with your new horse as we
are to see our horse go to a good home. If we don't have a horse that
will suit your needs, we may know someone who does, so please don't
hesitate to ask.
Transportation
and/or insurance costs are not included in the published sale prices. We
can provide you with the names of transportation and horse insurance
companies if needed.
